INDIA’S GDP CONTRACTED BY 22.9% IN APRIL-JUNE QUARTER OF YEAR 2020-21

In financial year 2021 first quarter national GDPs growth calculated as 22.9%, this is the highest GDP contraction in last four decades. GVA for first quarter FY-21 is -22.8%. Year 2020-21 will be the first time in last 41 years when annual GDP growth will be negative (Forecasted= -5.5%)
